This suite is the largest meeting room available at the Hayfields Conference Facility. Situated adjacent to the Car Park, with its own private entrance and bar facility, it provides the perfect setting for the larger conference or business meeting in whatever style you require.

In addition to what we have offered in previous years, we now have the latest up to date Audio Visual Equipment in the Bromley Suite. This provides you with Computer link-up to a high resolution pixels screen, direct from your laptop computer. Just plug in to our system and project your conference on our 6 ft wide electric screen. Alongside this, we have Internet Access, Video facility, DVD facility at the touch of your finger tips, as well as microphones and an Induction Loop system can also be provided if needed.
If you do not need this up to the minute equipment, we have OHP and flip charts available.

Caberet Style: 80 delegates

Wi-fi is avaibale within the facility.

The Rugby Lounge is situated next to the Bromley Suite and can be used as both a breakaway area, in conjunction with the main suite, or as the venue for that intimate board meeting or the smaller conference.

Theatre Style Capacity: 20 delegates

The Bar suite is situated adjacent to the club bar. The room capacity is approximately for 30 - 40 people with the possibility of breaking off into the club bar for group sessions.
